Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-show Policy Update:

48hr Cancellation Policy is strictly in Effect.

We understand life gets busy and chaotic sometimes. Still, your appointment is made in good faith when you request a booking. We respect your time and value you as a guest. We rely on every booking. Our treatments are generally two hours or longer, and the time required for your treatment is scheduled ONLY FOR YOU – We do not double-book; We have only one chair at our studio and your late cancellation, or late rescheduling notice, and/or no-show – leave us with an empty chair. We lose the opportunity to book another client in your place. I communicate via email, automated text, and sometimes personal text, or I call every client to make sure this type of mistake does not happen, but unfortunately – it still happens.

The Fee for Late notice cancellation, Late rescheduling, or No-Show is $150.00 For Every booking and is Non-Refundable.
