I understand life gets busy and chaotic sometimes. Still, your appointment is made in good faith when you request a booking. I respect your time and value you as a guest. I rely on every booking. My treatments are generally two to three hours for hair smoothing or 4 to 6 hours for Japanese hair straightening, and the time required for your treatment is scheduled ONLY FOR YOU – I do not double-book. I have only one chair, and your late cancellation or rescheduling notice, no-show, or change of mind on the treatment, leaves me with an empty chair. A late notice or no-show means I lose the opportunity to book another client in your place. I personally text or call every guest to make sure this type of mistake does not happen, but unfortunately, it still does.

Please notify me 48 hours prior to the commencement of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Example: If you are booked at 10 AM, please notify me 48 hours before 10 AM.
