Please read the following to prepare for your treatment:

• Please come in with clean hair. For the best results, your hair must be clean and free of buildup and natural oils. I will wash your hair to remove all buildup at the beginning of every treatment, but if there’s more oil than usual, I may need to spend more time clarifying your hair, which will cost you more.
• That means washing your hair at least three times in the week leading up to your appointment with a clarifying shampoo. You can use conditioner.

• Hair coloring can be done at any time before your Keratin appointment. Otherwise, it is recommended that you wait 10 days to 2 weeks after your smoothing treatment before coloring.
• For Magick Sleek and Nanoplasty, please color 2 weeks before or wait 2 weeks after the treatment. Please plan ahead.
• Japanese Hair Straightening color schedule: Please call for a consultation.
• If you have very long or thick hair (or both), please let me know so I can book extra time for you and discuss the price.
• Hair Smoothing/Straightening treatments can generally take up to 2 hours or more. Japanese Hair Straightening typically takes 4 to 6 hours. If you have a special diet, please bring food and beverages.

• With your booking, I reserve a special time for you! I look forward to our appointment! Please be understanding. I rely on every booking. I have only one chair, and it’s reserved for you, for your treatment only. Please give at least 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling, cancellations, or changes to your appointment. Please plan in advance. See Cancellation Policy.
