Please read the following to prepare for your treatment:

• Please come in with clean hair. For the best results, your hair must be clean and free of buildup and natural oils. I will wash your hair to remove all buildup at the beginning of every treatment, but if there’s more oil than usual, I may need to spend more time clarifying your hair, which will cost you more.

• You can color your hair anytime before your Keratin appointment. Otherwise, it is recommended that you wait 10 days to 2 weeks after your smoothing treatment before coloring.
• For Magick Sleek and Nanoplasty, please color 2 weeks before or wait 2 weeks after the treatment. Please plan ahead.
• Japanese Hair Straightening color schedule: Please call for a consultation.

• If you have very long or thick hair (or both), please let me know so I can book extra time for you and discuss the price.
• Hair Smoothing/Straightening treatments can generally take up to 2 hours or more. Japanese Hair Straightening typically takes 4 to 6 hours. If you have a special diet, please bring food and beverages.

When You Arrive:

• NOTE: YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE MY STUDIO WHILE I CLEAN AND PREPARE THE STUDIO FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IT MAY CUT INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. CLEANING AND DISINFECTING ARE A PRIORITY AND PART OF MY ROUTINE FOR EVERY GUEST.
• I perform a mini consultation before we begin. Based on your hair, I may recommend a different treatment. Please communicate your treatment goals, concerns, or anything related to your hair treatment with me so I can better serve you.

• With your booking, I reserve a special time for you! I look forward to our appointment! Please be understanding. I rely on every booking. I have only one chair, and it’s reserved for your treatment. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please plan in advance. See Cancellation Policy.
• No Refunds on services.
